IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF GOODS I CAN ORDER?
Our carrier will charge a minimum amount for delivery. This price depends on your location. The heavier your order, the cheaper it will be per kilogram to send. This rule applies up to 10Kg.
IS THERE A MAXIMUM WEIGHT I CAN ORDER?
We are limited to 10kg per package. Orders above this amount will have to be in more than one parcel.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS, IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES I HAVE TO PAY?
In some countries certain restrictions apply with regards to the type of goods entering the country. If you have any enquiries regarding these restrictions, Always Kiwi will be happy to assist. For your own peace of mind you check with the relevant authorities on what is permitted before ordering. Certain countries might also levy an import duty. This is uncommon, but once again we would advise that you check with customs if you are in any doubt. Ultimately any import duty or tax payable is the responsibility of the buyer and not Always Kiwi.

Yes - simply click on "Contact Us" Enter the details of the goods you are looking for and we will endeavour to add them to our stock list.
CAN I SEND AN ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
You can set up more than one delivery address for your account and simply choose the delivery address you wish the goods to be sent to each time you place an order.
